I think it'd be much more fun to see what happened if all of eve became high-sec for a day instead of 0.0.
Basically all the naptrains in 0.0 would seize (as they're no longer needed).
Goons and NC would stop chestbashing in CAOD.
In fact CAOD would seize to have purpose.
No more stupid POS bashing (I don't care what anyone says, it's useless pointless and a stupid system)
wardecs would roam new eden
concord would get filthy rich from said wardecs
OMG the more I think up the more I start liking this idea

then every PVP centered player leaves EVE
Not necessarily.
You can still get your pewpew by wardeccing people.
Concidering other MMO's this system would probably be more in-line with other major mmo's than eve's current system.
Also, TBH, I know a few bad-ass pvpers and they ONLY do empire wardecs because they HATE the whole POS/sov blobbing thing.
Think about it.
Empire wardecs means: roaming gangs, nice targets, no more systemlagblobs where EVERYONE dies without even being able to SEE when they die due to HORRIBLE lag etc etc.
If those few people that only live for blob pos capital warfare can't adapt to a more lag-free, fun and smaller pewpew evironment were to quit eve cuz of such a change, screw them.
